Summer Science

Free summer science workshops are offered with hands on activities and vocabulary/language enrichment for students who want to enrich what they already know about topics or start learning about a new topic.  Hands on activities will be done daily along with discussions about science concepts.

We employ certified, local teachers to teach the classes so that they are top-notch, hands-on learning experiences. The program is offered to students entering grades 1-8 in the fall.  The curriculum topics are as follows:

Low Cost Internet Access starting April 22

Beginning April 22, the Access program from AT&T will provide a low-cost option for home Internet access to low-income households. To be eligible, at least one person in the household must be a participant in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
